Kneaded dough according to the rules of art. Let the dough rise, baking and enjoying the smell of self-baked bread with a crispy crust. CBP spoils you!

First remove the dough from the freezer and let it thaw. Provide it with plastic wrap to prevent crusting. Then let it rise at room temperature in the baking tin for +/- 8 hours. For breads of 600 grams, the CBP baking tins B0600 or B0700 are recommended, for breads of 800 grams the CBP baking tin B0200. Finally bake the dough in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 40 minutes.

BAKING TIP Create steam in the oven by placing stones or pebbles on the bottom of an oven plate. Gently pour a glass of water over this before baking the bread, so you imitate steam development.
